As a lawyer I am always commiserating with someone about something. That’s what we do – listen to complaints and solve problems. Often, I am just tossing it around with a colleague and in this case it’s my good friend and realtor Phil Faranda. He recently bemoaned his frustration when a client told him there was no need for a lawyer to close on a house. “What,” Phil screamed! He vented with me and that turned into a guest blog on that very topic over at Phil’s Place. Take a gander – don’t go unprotected!
